Nag Me Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 April 2026
The short version
Nag Me doesn't collect, track, or share your personal data. Your tasks stay on your device and in your private iCloud account. We don't see them, we don't want to, and frankly we've got enough on our own to-do list.
What data does Nag Me store?
- Your tasks — titles, notes, deadlines, and completion status. These are stored on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
- Your settings — your chosen persona, aggressiveness level, and quiet hours. These are stored locally on your device.
iCloud sync
If you have iCloud enabled, your tasks are synced across your devices using Apple's CloudKit. This uses your private iCloud database, which means:
- Only you can access your data
- Apple handles the encryption and storage
- We have no access to your iCloud data whatsoever
- You can disable iCloud sync at any time in your device's Settings app
Notifications
Nag Me uses local notifications to remind you about your tasks. These are generated entirely on your device. No data is sent to any external server to create or deliver notifications.
In-app purchases
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We don't collect or store any payment information.
Analytics and tracking
Nag Me does not include any analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or third-party tracking. We don't collect usage data, crash reports, or device identifiers.
Data shared with third parties
None. Zero. Absolutely nothing.
Children's privacy
Nag Me does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change this policy, we'll update it here with a new date. Given the app doesn't collect any data, we don't expect that to happen.
