Ultradia Privacy Policy

Overview
Ultradia is designed with your privacy in mind. Your health data stays on your device and is never uploaded to external servers or shared with third parties.
What data does Ultradia access?
With your permission, Ultradia reads the following data from Apple Health:
- Heart rate
- Heart rate variability (HRV)
- Resting heart rate
- Active energy burned
- Step count
- Sleep analysis
This data is used solely to detect your ultradian rhythm patterns and predict optimal exercise windows.
How is your data used?
All data processing happens locally on your device.
Ultradia uses your health data to:
- Calculate your current energy state
- Detect patterns in your ~90-minute energy cycles
- Predict upcoming peaks and troughs
- Provide personalised exercise timing recommendations
- Track correlations between workout timing and how you felt
Data storage
Health data is accessed directly from Apple Health and processed in real-time.
Ultradia does not create separate copies of your Apple Health data.
Workout logs and preferences are stored locally on your device.
No data is transmitted to external servers, cloud services, or third parties.
Data sharing
Ultradia does not share your data with anyone. We have no servers, no analytics services, and no advertising partners. Your data never leaves your device.
HealthKit
Ultradia complies with Apple's HealthKit guidelines. We do not use HealthKit data for advertising or sell it to data brokers. Health data is used exclusively to provide the app's core functionality.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, Ultradia will send local alerts about upcoming exercise windows. These notifications are generated on your device and do not involve external services.
Your controls
You can revoke Ultradia's access to your health data at any time through:
Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Ultradia
You can also delete all locally stored workout data by deleting the app.
Children's privacy
Ultradia is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we update this privacy policy, we will post the revised version here with an updated date.
