The science
Ultradian rhythms (specifically the Basic Rest-Activity Cycle) have been studied since the 1950s. Research shows these ~90-minute cycles affect alertness, cognitive performance, and physical readiness. By tracking the physiological markers of these cycles, Ultradia helps you work with your biology rather than against it.
